Migrating my photos to Flickr

Since I have signed up for a Flickr pro account last week, I thought that it might be a good idea to move my photos from photos.datenmafia.org (Gallery2) to Flickr.
I’m looking for a nice app which allows me to easily upload stuff from iPhoto to Flickr. Currently I just drag my photos from iPhoto to ‘Uploadr‘. Unfortunately, this is not the ideal solution since I can’t see in iPhoto which photos have already been uploaded. Anyone knows a better solution for my problem? Is there an app that allows me to ’sync’ my iPhoto library with Flickr?
Btw., new Nseries phones from Nokia now allow mobile photo uploads to Flickr out of the box: read it

    FlickrExport for iPhoto

    Tom asked in his blog for a solution for exporting photos from iPhoto to Flickr. Since he closed the comments on his blog post (for whatever reason that is) I’ll try and answer the question via trackback.
